The presentation will focus on 3 points – How travelers are increasingly digitally empowered, how that empowerment leads to higher expectations and how travel companies can address them through an Assistive experience. We will look at how traveler expectations are changing across the four stages of travel (Dream, Travel, Plan and Book) and what actions travel companies can take to address each stage.
